1. General Provisions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bajea platform and all its services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between bajea ("Company", "we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "user", "member").

bajea reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of those changes. For significant changes, we will endeavour to send a notification to your registered email address.

In addition to these Terms, bajea's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines also apply and are considered an integral part of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age & Eligibility

To open an account on the bajea platform and use its services, you must be 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older. This platform is open only to those aged 21 and above. Opening an account by anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited, and any such account will be cancelled at any time.

At the time of registration, you confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are joining this platform voluntarily and at your own responsibility.
• All information you have provided is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You have not previously been cancelled or banned by bajea for any reason.

2.2 Account Information

Each user may open only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, bajea reserves the right to cancel all accounts and forfeit any deposited funds. You are solely responsible for the security of your account. Login credentials should never be shared with any third party.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajea may at any time, at its discretion, request the necessary documents (national ID card, passport, or other government-issued ID) to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily or permanently suspended.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on bajea is ৳500 (five hundred taka). No deposit below the minimum amount will be processed. Deposits must be made through an accepted payment method.

bajea currently supports the following payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's mobile financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service.
• Upay — UCB-based mobile financial service.
• Bank Transfer — Via major domestic banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Funds are generally sent within 1 hour of the request being approved. Account verification must be completed before a withdrawal request can be processed.

In certain special cases where additional verification is required, the timeframe may differ. bajea reserves the right to delay or hold withdrawals if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of policy.

4. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳2,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳3,000; depositing ৳16,000 gives the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 for a total balance of ৳31,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, you must wager 25 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not including the deposit). Example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, wagering a total of ৳50,000 will allow you to withdraw the bonus funds.

Bonuses may be cancelled or forfeited in the following cases:

• Attempting to withdraw before the wagering requirements are met.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Misuse of promotional offers or breach of terms.
• Any activity deemed fraudulent at bajea's discretion.

bajea reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time. Separate terms and conditions may apply to each bonus.

5. VIP Program

bajea has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.7% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Members may be promoted to a higher VIP tier based on regular and active participation. bajea's determination of VIP tier status will be considered final. bajea may change VIP benefits at any time.

6. Fair Play Policy

bajea is committed to ensuring fair play as a safe and reliable platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Participating in games through any software, bot, or automated method.
• Any attempt at financial fraud or manipulation.
• Strategic betting with the intent to exploit loopholes in bonus terms.
• Operating multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method.
• Taking advantage of any technical flaw in the platform.
• Colluding with other users to play in a fraudulent manner.

7. Responsible Gaming Obligations

bajea places the highest priority on responsible gaming. We believe that betting should be an entertainment activity, not a solution to financial problems.

8. Intellectual Property & Platform Use

All content on the bajea platform — logos, designs, graphics, text, software, and other elements — is protected under the company's intellectual property rights. Reproducing, distributing, modifying, or using any content elsewhere is prohibited, except for personal and non-commercial use.

Using the bajea platform for any unlawful purpose, attempting to harm other users, or attempting to breach the platform's security measures is strictly prohibited.

9. Account Cancellation & Suspension

bajea reserves the right to suspend or cancel any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Providing fraudulent information or identity fraud.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or dishonest activity.
• Failure to pass age verification.
• Suspicious financial transactions.

Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time. Requests to close an account must be made through the support team. If there are no pending conditions at the time of closure, the balance will be returned.

10. Limitation of Liability

The bajea platform is provided on an "as is" basis. bajea will not be liable for any loss caused by temporary service disruption, errors, or unavailability due to technical reasons. However, we are committed to resolving any technical issues as quickly as possible.

Betting and gaming inherently carry financial risk. bajea is not responsible for any financial loss incurred by users from betting or gaming. Users use this platform at their own risk.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Details regarding the collection, storage, and use of users' personal data can be found on our Privacy Policy page. bajea uses SSL encryption technology to keep all personal and financial information secure.

User data is not sold or exchanged with any third party. However, information may be disclosed when required by legal obligation or at the request of a regulatory authority.

13. Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. Any delay by bajea in exercising its rights under these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

The Bengali language version of these Terms will be considered the final and authoritative version. Any dispute related to these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through negotiation.
